Make sure the rendering reflexes the same as dimensions showing make sure he signs that dimensions are same as rendering shows and builder agrees they are the same before they build them for you. "Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"We had two chairs that were custom built circa 1940 by my wife's grandfather. We wanted to keep the chairs, but upgrade them a bit for a retro/modern feel. The original style was vinyl upholstery with a border of tacks all around the edges. With the help of Gina, we selected a micro fiber fabric that would tolerate our cats and compliment the existing furniture in our living room. The chairs were completed and exceeded our expectations for quality of workmanship and the look we were going for. "Our experience with Hal was wonderful.  He has fantastic design vision, attention to detail and produces high quality products for an amazing value.  We were so impressed with the work that he did. that we are already thinking of additional projects.  In addition to the larger projects, he also worked with us to complete some small maintenance projects around the yard - refurbishing some Adirondack chairs, light fixtures, etc.  Other reviewers have captured the considerations on how to best work with Hal: have a point of view, but your project will come out even more amazing if you take his design feedback into account, communicate clearly and often, but be flexible on your timeline, to account for weather and unforeseen delays.  Wonderful experience, highly recommended!"
