EXCEL completely re-did it did it right, and greatly improved the quality and the asthetic feature overall. They remained to finish every last detail , cleaning up the area around it in our back yard when they were finished and taking great care as if it was thier own property. They insured me everything is in working order. Two weeks later, when it snowed, the heat tape did not work. They came out for a re-inspection and requested $420 to replace the same heat tape they assured me works and had just charged me to secure into place."
