They came out and actually found the problem instead of putting a band aid on it. It ended up being a broken pipe in the slab that needed to be replaced. .. uh oh! He started the work the next morning and completed and repaired/replaced the problem area within one day. Washed clothes last night and for the first time in months had no issue! The day following the job he called to check on things and see how the draining went that night and if there were any other issues that we came across. Very nice guy, did exactly what we needed, fixed the problem and all done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I know have a go to plumber for anything I need."

He also installed new clean outs on the city side and my side if cleaning is ever needed. He also has a camera that can go down the line and inspect it, he used it to to show the city inspector how it looked inside the the new sewage pipe.
