Most contractors would have taken one look at the roots and refused to take the job. Mr Fisher cut out the roots and replaced the valve diaphragms to fix the system. He always called to keep me informed of when he was coming. Based upon the difficulty of the job his charge was fair. I would hire him again"

They have different technicians- the one the does my lawn is also one of the company managers but he is fine to work with. He is very personable, professional and takes time to explain things like what you need to do after each service- what you need to do and how long it is supposed to take. I have recommended him to other people. They don't set a time, they just set a day. They are here on the day that they say and if I need to change, they are responsive to that -if for some reason I want to change the day. I don't have any plans to change the service provider- the lawn is looking great."
