"5/21/15 Update: Found more nails and gutter screens on my deck in the shrubs. These folks could have just used a magnet on a stick to see if they left debris! The screens thrown off the roof could have been found too! <br /> <br /> 5/22/15 Update: Had a call from customer service today, and received a sincere apology for the "incomplete" service . A service manager is supposed to visit our place next week and reinspect for the debris. While we have removed what we saw, I will appreciate a look from a responsible company agent. Am upgrading the professionalism part of my grade."
