Further, I appreciate the concern he showed regarding my bad experience with another local contractor who defaulted.  Colin made sure he kept me informed during each step of the process so I wouldn’t be worried about having someone take my money again.    The 4-season sunroom and patio look absolutely wonderful. My neighbors have been peeping over the fence and before we put the fence back in place, were actually in the yard checking out the room. The finished room looks like it has always been a part of the house. They did such an excellent job with the sunroom and patio that I couldn't leave my front entrance untouched.  I can’t wait to see what they do with the front entrance.
