"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. Rather than following our first wishes he may have saved us around $400, or more by being honest and a good guy. We had the cartridge replaced for our Moen faucet. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny. Not our last for sure!"

"After 15 years in my current home, I was finally getting granite countertops. I was so excited. I went to Paramount on the advice of a friend who had used them. From the start they were very helpful. They answered any and all questions I had. I looked at multiple granite places, and I ended up selecting my granite at another business. Paramount did an excellent job coordinating the delivery of the granite to their site in a quick and efficient manner. The gentleman that came to measure our kitchen was professional and on time. Paramount allowed me to come down to the company and they put up all three slabs they were using for my kitchen and put the template of my counters, island and desktops on them. They were patient and helpful in deciding where to cut the granite to get the maximum effect I was looking for. (Lots of movement). Along the way, I made changes - edges of the granite, backsplash changes and added sinks and faucets. They patiently updated my invoice and emailed me the updates to the project within an hour every time.  I never felt they were frustrated or upset with me, and they treated me with respect. The installers were on time and professional.  They did an excellent job and I love it. I have had many compliments on them and wouldn't change a thing. Hal used high quality, sturdy materials. The fence is straight, solid, and very pleasing to the eye.
