The next week, he came back to put in parts for our water heater and took the borrowed parts back out. We could NOT be more thankful for Raymond. He took time after hours to take care of us, on multiple occasions! Not having hot water in the house with 4 kids wasn't an option, and he didn't even ask us to consider it. We love Raymond, my kids miss Raymond (but seriously), and we will be calling y'all anytime we have a plumbing issue."

"If you have a difficult to find leak, like mine in the slab of the house, then this is the company to use. The flat rate the charged for leak detection saved me hundreds of dollars, compared to the other companies that charge by the hour. My leak was a small one in PEX piping that ran through my slab and was difficult to pinpoint. After they identified the area, they talked me through the options and ultimately, I chose the option that didn't require drilling into the slab. He had put electrical tape around it so it would not leak. <br /> Jerry and Justin were great. They made sure that my faucet would work properly. They even drove to Lowes to find out that my faucet was missing a part. They advised me to exchange the faucet and installed the new one quickly. "We bought an older home and had toilet backup issues just a few weeks after moving in. I called 3 "A" rated plumbers on Angie's List. Jack was very reasonably priced when compared to the other two I contacted (one of those companies wanted $370/hr on the weekend). Jack spent a 1/2 day trying to clear obstructions from the downstairs toilet -- he pulled out cotton shop towels, masking tape and other items likely left by remodelers hired by the previous owner. He also pulled tree roots out which was a bad sign. Unable to clear the blockage, he brought a crew back on Monday to trace the line using an electronic device. Since the line didn't have cleanouts, it's wasn't apparent how the line went from the house to the street. Jack brought an excavator and proceeded to take out the old line (which was packed full) and clear blockages both to the house and from the curb to the street. He installed new PVC pipe with 3 cleanouts. I'm thankful that we were able to connect to existing pipe and didn't have to tear up the new patio. Jack and his crew are a hard workers - spending 11+ hours on this job. He had given me a quote prior to doing the work and actually gave a significant discount since he didn't have to dig as deep as originally thought (4 ft. vs. 7 ft). I would trust him to do any work I have in the future and he will be the first one I call."

"The technician was able to remove the shower drain cover and unclog the drain. He also replaced the washers at the end of both valve stems to stop the dripping. He checked the valve stem seats to make sure they were still smooth and wouldn't damage the new rubber washers. I made the original appointment time but had to reschedule to later the same day. North Star Plumbing was flexible on the timing. They were very responsive in both emails and phone calls. Their actual price was in line with their estimate. We will use North Star Plumbing again."
