"My roofers dropped a harness through the ridge of 1.7 million dollar house resulting in an impact mark on the heavily textured ceiling. It would have cost me 20k to fix the drywall and paint the ceiling including scaffolding. Additionally, although I emphasized multiple times that door trim and jambs should go all the way to the floor, they did not on multiple doors."
