"Timely, instalation was an ease do to his expertise."

"Would definitely recommend them even though they’ve only been in business for a year. They’re a hard working company that is still very humble and efficient. We need to install an arched wall in my child’s bedroom and we had the materials and they had no problem coming in and finishing the job."

"R.I.A. was hired based on their Angi listing, Angi reviews, their website, the prejob interviews and estimate comparison with 3 other bids. Also they are right here in Clearwater, FL. The project was replacing rotten T1-11 wood panels on an upper right gable of my townhouse along with some cedar trim, fascia and soffit. I started out thinking of using fiber cement siding but I had to match exactly the materials on the other townhouses in the development. Because I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to do Ivan had to come out twice to estimate the same job. Thank you Ivan for doing that. It paid off because I hired him. Once I gave the go ahead they didn't waste any time; the crew started work within about a week. I was concerned about some forecast rain damaging the brand new T1-11 panels so the crew worked around that and did the soffit and fascia first and the panels and trim the day after the rain (a little rain probably wouldn't have hurt the bare panels, but I got no argument from the R.I.A. crew; they ARE out to please the customer). I was concerned about the new wood panels lasting over time so they added some flashing that wasn't done by the last contractor and also shimmed the bottom of the panels up off of the roof line to my satisfaction. Even though they were not doing any painting they did do some caulking. The crew of two got a good start each of the two mornings, worked hard, efficiently (I don't think they took a lunch break) and knew what they were doing. Also I watched them do most of the work and the crew leader was a friendly guy. All the wood panels and trim pieces were fit in very nicely. They cleaned up as expected and I have no complaints. I would use them again. They did give the senior 5% discount and listed what is in their warranty. Working with this contractor was a good experience."

"Very well ! Arrived on time and added a new hose bib as the old one could not be replaced."

"Painted my master bath, doors and trim. Everything was perfect!"

"We were able to get a quick appointment. They arrived when they said they would arrive. Performed a top quality job. We couldn't be happier with our TV mount. Will definitely call again if/when we need anything."

"The contractors from Handyman by Henderson were prompt, courteous, knowledgable craftsmen, who paid attention to minor details when finishing the job. They did an excellent job in changing out our old wood and replacing the dormer with vapor barrier protection and hardyboard."

"The actual job was to install hurricane clips and replace old soffits and facia. RIA construction was reasonably priced, responsive, and were flexible with my time frame. The crew that did the job showed up as expected, were hardworking and did a great job. I would highly recommend them."

It's rare to find a contractor who actually shows up on time, but Ridge Top Exterior did just that. They were prompt, professional, and ready to get to work. Throughout the entire process, their communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial consultation to the final installation. They listened to our needs and provided valuable input, helping us choose the perfect door for our home. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. When installation day arrived, the Ridge Top team was efficient and skilled. They worked diligently to ensure that everything was done to perfection. The end result? A stunning front door that not only enhances the curb appeal of our home but also provides added security and energy efficiency. But what truly impressed us was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. They even followed up after the installation to address any questions or concerns we had. It's clear that Ridge Top Exterior takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers.
