"Had to have water softener replaced due to chloramines add to the water by the city. They destroy the resin in the tank I was told. Unit was only 4 years old. Cass recommended I install a catalytic carbon filter before the new softener to remove the chloramines before they entered the softener. I had this done and my installer, Richard, did an outstanding job. My only issue was the length of time it took to get the new filter/softener installed. I thought 12 days to get the job done was a little excessive. Also, I was given an 8-8:30 AM appointment window, and because my equipment wasn't pre-staged, the installation didn't begin until 10 AM because Richard had to go pick-up the equipment. A minor issue but one that I should have received notice of. If you are going to be late, just call. It's not that hard. Everyone I spoke with at Cass was very nice and easy to deal with. I would not have any reservations about using them again."
