"This has been our 'go to' plumbing company for years. Today determined our future plumbing company will be someone other then McGill. Our 5 year old water heater was replaced today. McGill is who we purchased it from, and who installed it. It already had to be serviced for a leak within the past 5 years. So today I was charged $145.00 an hour to install a new one, the same exact heater, which was on order because they no longer carried it, leading me to believe it was inferior to begin with. So yes, I understand it was under warranty, and I was not being charged for a new one, but the cost to install the same inferior item, without any regard for being a loyal customer, and an only 5 year old heater that already had to be serviced...I told myself that I would give them the opportunity to do the right thing, which should have been a discount of some kind, due to the fact the heater was only 5 years old, and had to be serviced within that 5 years, but they didn't. So my bill was $500.00+ today, and this ends our trust and confidence in this company."

"Fantastic! I was under a tight time frame, and Al was able to come out right away. The wall to wall and area rugs look wonderful. He combines a foam cleaning with steam cleaning - uses two machines. He was able to get very old stains out, and cleaned fringe on one rug that I thought for sure had to be removed and thrown away. Very pleased with his work from beginning to end. Was so good I asked him to quote grout cleaning and couches. Will definitely hire him again."

"We have used this company several times in the last few years and they do a MUCH better job than everyone else. Canin actually spends time to try to remove stains, is knowledgable, thorough and fantastic. He may not offer the coupon deals that the big companies advertise, but in cases like this, you get what you pay for. We had to use Stanley Steemer once for scheduling reasons and there just wasn't a comparison. The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. He told us we were his 6th job of the day and he really just did a quick once-over and had to run to the next job. I won't make that mistake again-- I'll hold out for a date when Canin is available!"
