"We noticed on a Saturday morning that our refrigerator had stopped cooling. Called and left a voice message at Omega Force. Sunday received a text message setting up a virtual video chat for noon on Monday with an Omega Master Technician. The technician was able to correctly diagnose the issue and contacted an Omega Force repair technician in the area. The technician (Nate) arrived around 2:00, replaced a defective control board in the refrigerator and by 2:30 the refrigerator was once again cooling. Nate was courteous, professional and personable. This is my second time using Omega Force to repair an appliance and I highly recommend contacting them for any appliance repair"

He explained that due to the age of the appliance, a replacement part was not readily available, but he would notify me if he found one. I cannot use the oven cleaning feature, but can still use all the other features of my oven. The cost was reasonable."

"My husband went out to blow the snow from the driveway yesterday.. The engine seized up and we discovered that there was no oil in it. (BTW - the dip stick had a dark color at the end, so he thought it was ok.) We initially thought that we would have to have a new machine, but before going out and replacing it we called Precision Small Engine. Joe indicated that he had had some success in fixing issues like this. So, my husband took the machine over yesterday, 12-1, and today at about 3PM he picked it up - the machine is running again! And, all for $75 (much better than over $600 to replace it!) Definitely a good experience. Joe is extremely friendly, is very helpful, does not over charge and works quickly. He is not a goucher. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
