"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The estimate and the people doing it was good. They knew what they were talking about and took their time. They said the work would start early February before they can start, which is fine its no rush. But we would appreciate if they could just give us a date. My roof was replaced in March 2016.  Mr. Duncan is very personable and professional. He and his crew were on time and ensured the area was cleaned prior to leaving. The job was completed  on time and to my surprise, he returned the next day to install some additional flashing around the fireplace.  I did not know he had concerns about it; but that's when I  was sure that I had made the right decision.  His honesty and integrity  surpasses all others that I received and estimate from.  he displayed so much patience with me and was comfortable answering any and all of my questions.  it has been raining like cats and dogs  and thanks to Patrick, I no longer have to pull out the towels and buckets!   I  would recommend him to anyone and would use him again for any other projects (large or small).
