"When we had an issue with or stove we called the warranty company Lowes uses. They sent out a slovenly dressed repairman who took a couple hours to mis diagnose the issue. Came back with a part days later, installed left without testing. After complaining and requesting a new service company, in walks Bobby from Mid America Electronics. After describing the issue, Bobby explained how the system functioned and new what the issue was. He then showed me the obviously broken heating element. Part came in he installed and verified the issue was resolved. Bobby was clean and neatly dressed prompt and polite! If you have issues with your appliances ask for Mid America to do your repairs!"

"They work on average to high-end appliances. They arranged for an appointment within two days and they came out to fix them. They ended up replacing the electronics on both of them. It wasn’t my imagination - the ovens were being really slow to heat. Once Bob got in here, he called Décor and spoke to them. He told me that they would come out and check, which was very nice. I didn’t expect that. I didn’t spend anything because the ovens were under warranty. I would rate them highly and would use them again."
