They said the work would start early February before they can start, which is fine its no rush. But we would appreciate if they could just give us a date. My roof was replaced in March 2016.  Mr. Duncan is very personable and professional. He and his crew were on time and ensured the area was cleaned prior to leaving. The job was completed  on time and to my surprise, he returned the next day to install some additional flashing around the fireplace.  I did not know he had concerns about it; but that's when I  was sure that I had made the right decision.  His honesty and integrity  surpasses all others that I received and estimate from.  he displayed so much patience with me and was comfortable answering any and all of my questions.  it has been raining like cats and dogs  and thanks to Patrick, I no longer have to pull out the towels and buckets!   I  would recommend him to anyone and would use him again for any other projects (large or small).
