"work done promptly and clean up great"

"All was great! Very easy to work with and they went out the way to accommodate a couple other things I needed while the hole was open in my foundation. Highly Recommended!!"

"Upon uncovering a leak during a rain, I emailed Maximus Contracting through Angie's List. They were my 3rd email sent but the previous 2 had other things going on and couldn't accommodate the 1-2 day appointment I needed to prevent further leak damage. Eric (Owner) was very responsive and responded to my email quickly. Upon return call, he said he could have someone there that day. Leo arrived and immediately assessed the situation and explained the required repairs to me. Upon his call to Eric and then Eric's call to me to discuss the repair cost, I was very satisfied with the agreed-to price. Eric even had Leo caulk the vent above the garage with no increase in cost. Leo left to get materials and returned in about 20 minutes. The actual repairs took him about 1.5 hours and after cleaning up, he was there for about 3 hours. The weather looked like rain and it did rain that evening and the next day, so I am grateful to Eric for answering my email and acting promptly. I will go back to Maximus General Contracting for any future home repairs.

"Does really great work. Doesn't overcharge and doesn't replace parts that do need to be replaced. Cleans everything and left our old refrigerator looking like brand new. Polite. Very nice guy."

"Reliable, finished early, cleaned up immaculately and courteous."

"Robert is a firendly, very professional all around fix-it-guy! He saved my bathroom renovation project! I originally hired Robert to install drywall in my master bathroom. Just prior to the install I broke a plubming fixture in the master bathroom. Without missing a beat Robert gave me an estimate for the plumbing repair as well as a slight enhancement (raising the shower head 4 inches, I'm tall). He completed the plumbing repair, testing the water seal then launched right into the dry wall project.. I'm a pretty finnicky guy when it comes to blemishes on the wall or visible seams yet cannot find a single fault in his work."

"Scott above and beyaond what I expected. Actually the last long day to finish he came by himself and made sure it was as promised. he had some challenges, weather, bee sting, driving time, and a few other problems. We did not make a time to be complete and I am glad, beacuse of all that happened. Our home is now a show place in our community, thanks to Scott and his crew."
