"Came to our lake house twice to fix an issue with shower going hot and cold and the issue was not rectified either time, yet we were charged approx $800 for each visit (including “trip charge”). We were slow to pay the second time because we were asking them to come back and fix the issue and we got chastised by the lady calling to collect with threats that “trust me, you dont want to owner to get involved” inferring that he was not going to be pleasant to deal with. We actually asked for the owner to call but all we got was were threats to be sent to bad debt collection so we gave up and just paid the bill. Now we’ve spent $1600 with Ace, who cares nothing about making sure our issue was resolved but just collecting their fees and we still haven’t gotten our problem fixed. Great example of why contractors have a bad name. No integrity."

"Every step of the way was a new difficult challenge with MG. Installation is supposed to be completed in 1 day. Mine took an additional 30 days and a total of 2 different attempts at installation. Each time they came back, we ran into more serious problems. From fabrication, measurement, attention to detail and installation, this company was terrible. AVOID!!"

"I asked that ALL the pipes no matter what the function (hot, cold, drain, etc.) to be changed under my small 1500 Sq. Ft. home. I asked specifically for my sink to drain better, when my washer was draining have my sink (downstairs not gulp & make noise) and was promised all would be done. After 4 hours they were done, FOUR! The washer lines were not changed & the sink still makes gulping sounds, on top of that my kitchen sink stops up IMMEDIATELY when turning on the water, plus there are no new water lines under the sink. Behind the shower & the toilet there's a hole in the wall where the lines were replaced just there-not fixed. I have had knats coming up from my sink drain for months and they will not go away. The sad part is I told Joe I trusted him & he knows he charged me too much & did not complete the job as he should have. I am on disability income & had to borrow the money to pay him and I am still having these problems with no warranty & I had to ask for a receipt. Shame."
