"They had to go inside the wall to replace the copper pipe but they were very careful to cut straight lines and tape the piece of dry wall they had to move back in place. They did not repair it but that was explained to me before the work was done. However, they made it easier for me to have someone to replace it. I was very please with the care they took in taping the wall back in place."

Precision Plumbing called and made an appointment to come out a couple of hours later as soon as I entered an online request for a plumber. They called a little while later and said they were through with the job they were working on and could come out right away. They showed up promptly and were very friendly and very professional. They were able to add access panels to repair a leaking fixture, change out three valve plumbing to a single valve set up within a matter of hours. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
