They replaced our roof which is a steep tricky roof and were able to get it done in one day. Where our first floor roof meets the siding we had some rot on some siding along the roof edge. Brian looked closer and said half the roofline needed to be cut out. Instead of just replacing the bad siding, Brian cut out a line across the entire edge so that it would look uniform. He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail."

"I would highly recommend SJM roofers. Shaun responded quickly to an emergency call about a leak in my roof. He repaired it but noticed that my roof was in bad shape overall. He showed me pictures and clearly discussed my options. I chose to have him replace my roof. While stripping the shingles, Shaun and crew noticed a major structural problem over a large section. The plywood, rafters and insulation were rotten and there was black mold. Shaun and crew were able to do this major repair immediately and my roof was completed the same day. "They did a complete chimney rebuild with waterproofing (new brick and mortar, new flue and cap) from the roof line up. They were able to come out on Friday for an inspection and quote. They were able to fit me into schedule and complete the work on Sunday. This was very helpful as solar company is installing a new roof on Thursday and they don't do chimney rebuilds or repointing. Looks very nice"
