Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Salem, MA

"I called Viscarello Plumbing and Heating when I had a leaking water heater. Chris looked at the job and recommended a very efficient tankless water heater. I decided to make the investment. Chris and crew installed my tankless. Now, showers never run cold-hot water on demand. I use less water- warms water up so much quicker in my 110y/o house. In July, with tankless system running sinks, shower and washer, my gas bill was $20! I also really like the way the tankless was mounted on the wall. We gained more space without the old water heater in the way. Best of all- nice neat work, no leaks and no mess. Since then, Viscarello Plumbing has plumbed my new kitchen, laundry room, replaced old pipes and replaced radiator valves. Rates are average-but work is above average."

"Arrived on time and did exactly the work agreed to for the agreed price. Took about an hour to exchange water heater. Very professional."

"I received a call back on this water heater install within 10 minutes of communicating my needs on a Sunday. Price was quoted real time and install scheduled for the following afternoon. Due to availability of my requested tank, install slipped to the following morning. Work was completed quickly. This was a marked improvement from my experience on the Friday before the weekend, when I called 10 other plumbers, looking for help. Only two answered to tell me they were too busy and didn’t want the work. One called back but couldn’t commit to a date to complete the work. I would definitely recommend M.A. Paone for your water heater needs."

"Pete did an excellent job on our annual clean and check up for our mini-split ductless system."

"Installed furnace on 1st floor and water heater on 2nd floor. Professional, clean and extremely thorough. I will definitely be using them in the future."

The team at Comfort Professor was extremely professional from start to finish. They worked efficiently, paid attention to every detail, and left everything spotless when the job was done. The cleanup was perfect, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality work and a smooth, hassle-free installation!"

"This was an emergency service call. Main water supply pipe from street to our house had failed. They responded to call within 45 minutes, evaluated issue, gave us price, Within another half hour equipment showed up. Staff was friendly professional and efficient. Start to finish from initial phone call to replaced main with running water re-established was just over 4 hours. Really impressive company with great customer service. Thank you!"

"These guys are great. Water heater broke and was leaking all over the cellar. They replaced my water heater and had everything done within a couple of hours. Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again."

"Angel was exceptional, professional, efficient, clean and responsive to every request, fixed numerous issues related to my toilets, noticed a flooring issue that we are now addressing and diagnosed a water heater issue that had been attributed falsely to a foundation issue saving us thousands. They are expensive compared to many but worth every penny we spent."
