"Called and asked if they could come by 2 hours earlier than scheduled, which of course I said yes. They put tarps down on the ground to catch debris, and started working. Everything was done in a few hours, they cleaned up, and left. Walking around the house couldn’t tell that any work had just been done. New pipe collars and chimney flashing look fantastic. "On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"I needed a roof repair and found NMTI-General Construction on Angie's List. From day one, Project Managers, Juan and Ramon provided me with exemplary service. Ramon came to survey the leaky roof the day that I called. He explained what needed to be done and gave me what I felt was a very reasonable written estimate within a day or two. He explained that they might find more damage once work commenced and it would cost more to repair. The crew started the work the day before Thanksgiving and worked throughout the holiday weekend to remove and replace four layers or shingles on my 1910 colonial. They also repaired the ceiling on the enclosed front porch that had severe water damage. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the yard and driveway and thoroughly removed all of the debris. I would highly recommend NMTI-GC to anyone needing home repairs or renovation. Juan, Ramon and their team are professional, prompt and courteous. I engaged Gibely in October of 2020 to replace my roof, gutters, siding and more. In a world where everyone makes you feel like a number, Gibely clearly gave you a family atmosphere on the job site. Two words,...they cared! Brian Dobbins (owner), Jeff Northcott (general manager) and Deb Dwinnell (office manager) were a pleasure to deal with. They were easy to reach, and they were willing to adjust for certain changes we had asked for. Brian's experience helped us decide on the roof color (and quality) and gave us valuable suggestions regarding the siding. Never did I expect siding to look this nice, and this real (like wood). The crew was always on-time, polite, clean and most of all, professional throughout the job. It seemed like they never stopped working. They were on the job site early and left as late as possible.
