They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. However, once Morpho Carpentry opened it up by essentially taking half of two different walls down, the entire area feels so much more spacious.
