"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"This company is a fraud and will steal your money from your account and not provide any services! Ask me how I know? Because I am a living witness I informed them the system was not working and it was blacked out and service was not needed anymore. Yet they continued to withdrawal money from my account. I hope the money they have taken from a single mother striving to provide for her kids was useful and given to someone who has less than what I have at this moment. Who just takes from people and sleeps good at night this company? Run far away do not engage in their services it’s BS! Laura was the customer service agent who giggled as I told her how inhumane they were and has been very unhelpful throughout this process. Money was paid but I did not get any services for months they have taken my money."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"I contacted Misha at Audio Video Connection to assist us with installation of a Samsung "Frame" television. We had researched and chosen this specific television for its discreet appearance (artwork on screen, no cables) when it is not on. Based on our research, we knew professional planning and installation would be needed. Initially we attempted the planning and installation with a big box electronics store. Our electrician and contractor met with a representative for wiring requirements and placement. When the installation crew from the same big box store arrived, they informed us that they could not install the television as planned. This was due to the placement of the wiring/connection and told us that we had gotten incorrect advice from their fellow employees. After several attempts to resolve this situation with the big box store, I realized it was a losing battle. I explained the situation to Misha and set up an appointment so he could assess the situation. He determined that, even though the wiring configuration was not ideal, he should be able to make the system work without re-wiring. Misha and his assistant came promptly at the time of installation appointment and did an excellent job with the installation and left the work area clean. He also showed me how to use the system and to call him if I had further questions. At one point he commented "You tried to do the right thing. You tried to use the same outfit for planning and installation." My only regret is not contacting Misha and Audio Video Connect from the beginning!"

"They installed a camera and security system for me. The security system mostly works- though there'd been some weirdness here and there, but they are very slow at responding to help with system configuration issues. The install also took ~2x the time it should have due to poor planning on their part. The real issue are the cameras - poorly, incorrectly installed, and a sloppy job at that. I made my displeasure known - they are useless when it rains or snows - and they refuse to do anything about it. Add to that a 2x markup on end-of-life equipment, and I'm out. I'll end up replacing them myself and redoing the install job when the weather gets nicer. Long story short: when my monitoring agreement is up, I will move my business to another (DMP) integrator."
