"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Great job on my roof repair! I would definitely recommend this company!"

"I our roofing consultant Steve was excellent and explaining insurance all that needed to be done is very knowledgeable about his job and we appreciate all the things that he did for us. He was very polite and courteous, and I always had a smile on his face.. all of the work was done in a timely manner and that is why I gave them a five star and we recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work or replacement. The crew cleaned up after themselves and make sure there were no nails or old shingles on the ground before leaving."

"Excellent service on a large job that took 3 days to complete. They were professional, on-time, and cleaned up after the job. Their price was competitive and the roof has a 50 year warranty."

"They did a great job from selecting the roof shingles to clean up. Excellent installers and very professional installation. The wife and I would highly recommend J&V Roofing. They are a top notch roofing company,"

"We’re extremely pleased with the work done by Kline Home Exteriors. We began with a new roof and were so happy with the results that we added gutters and leaf guards as well. Everything was completed on schedule and looks excellent. Many thanks to Scott and the crews for a job well done!"

"Their work was excellent. They replaced our slate roof, added wood to roof, replaced the soffit & facia and the gutters and down spouts on a property that we own and are hopefully going to rehang a piece of facia that is hanging on our home due to high winds. They were very helpful in navigating us through the financing process as well."

"Great job. The installer had his co-worker call off and he did it all so well, by himself. Nice guy- Steve, i think? who even called in a repair I wouldn't have caught myself. Very grateful for this gentleman and his excellent work ethic!"

"They were fantastic and did high quality work. The day they said they were coming they showed up and left not a trace of garbage or debris from any of the old roof. They even walked around yard with big magnets double checking to make sure not even a single nail was left behind. Top notch and highly would recommend them"
