"Do not hire Roth Heating and AC Aurora / Canby. Sprayer on right side of kitchen faucet wasn't working - we wanted the sprayer and sprayer line taken out and capped. A plumber from another company came out and installed a garbage disposal (Canby Plumbing) but didn't have the cap so couldn't address the sprayer on the faucet but said it was a small job. Couldn't get them out again soon so called Roth Heating and AC. Stan with Roth comes out tells my wife "it's metric and difficult and have to switch it out for a new faucet." Tries to charge my wife $780 for a simple faucet replacement (not to mention the other plumber said if he had the cap to seal off the 1/2 inch sprayer line he could have done it easily!) Adding insult to injury we said no to the $780 and now after "Stan" looked at it it is now leaking!!! Not only wanted to charge us not far from $1,000 to install a simple faucet (if that was actually even needed) but broke what we had. My wife called about the leak same day but no doubt they will do nothing about the leak THEY caused unless they can overcharge. Avoid Roth Heating and AC."
