"Adam at ELM got me a great new bathroom. I had a 60's style bathroom with bad ventilation. His crew installed a new shower, vent fan, vanity and flooring. It looks so beautiful now and I don't have to ever worry about mold issues."

"Daryl did a good job explaining the work needed and was very responsive to my questions. The work crew was careful and polite. They went out of their way to consult me and to explain what they had done. They took numerous photos to show aspects of their work. We have a very tight crawl space but the crew took on the challenge with a smile. They ended up installing even more brackets than they had initially estimated, giving us even better protection than we had anticipated. I highly recommend their work."

"Overall they did a nice job but there was some communication issues between sales and installers so the scope of work changed mid stream. But the quality of work was very good."

"This was not a 'wood' fence install but rather a metal deer fence install around a vineyard as well as around a raised bed garden. The fence is beautiful! The work was done efficiently and is exactly what I hoped for! Thank you Cody!"

Small jobs welcome

"We hired Bryon and Cory from Renovation Inc. about a year ago to install a flared skylight in our kitchen dining room. Turned out awesome. About that same time, we were considering a rather large remodel both bathrooms walk-in jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower in the master bedroom, requiring a complete demo and re-framed, floors, kitchen a complete gut out with all new appliances and cabinets and a sunroom-dining room combo addition about 830 sq feet. While also adding a new heating and cooling system (Trane)... also replacing and upgrading the electrical panel. We just started stage one about 2 weeks back and all is well... Renovations Inc. now has access to an infamous top of the line cabinets brand. Folks if you are looking for a step above the rest Grade A outstanding cabinet maker and a company to install them, you cannot miss with this combination their stunningly beautiful and well priced. We went with the cherry wood mahogany stain, top of the line doors and appliances. Using Bella Pietra in a quartz countertop and backsplash from a top of the line quartz manufacturer. To give you an idea on price, the closest bid for the cabinets was over $18000 above Bryons price. I can assure you, you are going to give a quality job at a reasonable price. Bryon and Cory have a good crew, with a few well vetted and competent sub-contractors. A must in this business. We are in stage 1 of a 4 stage remodel and could not be happier. Yes, Renovations Inc. is busy. Yes, we waited, planned, staged and pulled the trigger. I would highly recommend Renovations Inc. From small jobs to large remodels you are not gonna find a better crew or a better price in my humble opinion."

"Very thorough explanation when bid was made. They made sure that the interior of the house was not affected, put plastic down leading to the crawl space, and completely cleaned up afterwards. Showed pictures of what they'd done after completion. I'm comfortable that our home is now well protected against potential earthquake damage."
