Finally received an email after escalating and got a simple email stating that the tech shaved off some cost and that I authorized the additional work. Needless to say, this felt like a bait and switch and left me with an extremely poor opinion of this company. Needless to say, I will never be doing work with TerraFirma again."

They were very complete in describing the tasks needed to be done, and when they came out 2 days later, they had exactly the right equipment and thoroughly did exactly what they said they would do, in the time they said it would take. The driveway is now graded smooth and evenly sloped, rolled, and compacted. It is in by far the best shape in the 20 years I have lived here. All at what I consider a fair, competitive price.
