Difficulty arose when the newer models are bigger (because of insulation) than one I had in 14 years ago. It was larger than the pan for the other, so had to get a larger one before he could finish install. Took longer that expected with the issues, but the job was finished perfectly. He made sure all was working, no leaks, water heater filled & being heated. Very professional, hard worker. It's not easy for one person to install a water heater in the back of a small closet!"
