"An outdoor galvanized steel pipe of mine broke on the Friday afternoon before a three day weekend. I was panicked and calling around and absolutely no one was able to come out before the next Thursday. I don't even know how I called Angie's referral service, but I'm so glad that I did because they connected me to Garsjo Plumbing. He came out the next morning and, despite the pipe being almost completely destroyed by rust and gunk, he was able to cap it and stop the leak. I'll very likely have to replace the whole system in the near future and I'll definitely use Garsjo in that event. He was kind, friendly, and professional and was willing to explain everything to me. His price was very fair as well. Absolutely the best experience with plumbing services I've ever had."

"I had Henco help with my new home water conditioner installation(pre-brought from Pentair). The job was done super well and the guys(Nolan and Zack) who came out were very professional and willing to explain all the little details about what I needed to know about the system and the plumbing work. "Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."
