"Quick Response, great job, price and customer service. Will call again if I need Plumber."

"Best plumbing service in the Salem area. Always great pricing, knowledgeable, fast and on time. Love that they let you know by text when they are on their way to my jobs. Easy to approve work and receive invoice thru emails. Also includes lots of pictures with estimate and finished job with invoice. Give them a call for your next plumbing job. Finally a honest plumber I can trust."

"Jason and Colin were very pleasant, friendly, and thorough. They explained what had happened, how to prevent, and how the system works. They also showed up early which was nice. Will definitely call if we have any other plumbing issues"

"I hired Mountain View plumbing to repair my leaking sink. They did an amazing job and were great at communicating with me. They did clean work and the plumbing technician that came to my house was professional and answered all my questions. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future and I would recommend."

"I purchased a large pedestal sink when Covid hit and discovered the plumbing needed work before I could install it. I called Henco plumbing and Joe came out and explained what they would need to do to install my new Pedestal sink, he answered my questions and concerns and gave me a quote for the job. Adrian came out today and reworked the 1935 plumbing and installed the new sink. He did an awesome job. The plumbing work is perfect and hidden behind the pedestal. The caulking work was excellent. I am very pleased and impressed with Henco Plumbing. I would use them again."

"Joe Hammers was our plumber and he was absolutely amazing! He was so thorough and even taught us some important things about our house and plumbing. He went over everything he was going to do and even showed us before and after pictures. We have definitely found a new plumber for all of our upcoming needs!"

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."
