"David showed up on time and did some extra work like pick up drywall for me and deliver it , but the fence work was so-so. They didn't cut the bottoms of the new fence pieces off evenly with the old fencing, so I had to call them back to fix that, which they did. They installed a new gate handle and it was flimsily made and after 4 months, has now broken off, so I have to go replace that one. Nice guys overall, but workmanship needed a little polish."

I had received a quote from a competitor that was a little lower than the other two and was going to go with them, until I found Fuller on Angie's list. I read the reviews and contacted Josh. He and his wife Deborah handled the contact and phone calls courteously and efficiently and were willing to match the price. Plus, when I requested a current copy of Insurance, they promptly have then sent via their insurance agency. Sweet.
We scheduled a time, and even though the rains were threatening, Josh and his team showed up on time. The tree was located next to my driveway, which was at about a 15 degree angle and the tree was down about 30 feet from there. His team did a great job cutting the branches and dropping them so as not to hit or damage my cherry trees or the neighbors property. They then proceeded to haul the tree up out of the ravine using a log crane truck. They definitely knew what they were doing.
I had asked about using the mulch and they advised against it because of the beetles. Once the tree was up on the logging truck they showed me the small bores. Some "other" tree services, to save money going to the dump, might have just said "sure" and turned the other way. I thought this was extremely respectful and honest. They also did as good a job as expected cleaning up.
I am also now on their list for clean mulch the next time they are in the area. They do work out of Brevard, so it's a good haul up to Asheville ... so do keep that in mind regarding scheduling as they need to bunch jobs together when they can.
