"5 stars for the tech! But 4 stars for the overall scheduling and time to wait window. The first day someone reached out to me and said they could have someone there between now and 5pm. It was already 4pm. I called the main # to confirm & he said he’s call dispatch. No one showed up. We called the main # again and was told no techs in the area. So they scheduled us a window of time of 11am-2pm for the next day. They said the tech would give you warning when on their way. I got notified at 2:15 that he was on his way. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. Kind of pricey but I believe it’s about standard cost for the industry."

After assessing the job, they reviewed the issues (with images) with me and then completed the work promptly, keeping me informed of any concerns along the way. "DJ was extremely knowledgeable and explained options, including benefits and consequences, very clearly. This system had not been serviced in 20 years and they knew what needed to be done, not only to keep the system functioning but also to prevent larger problems and larger repair costs in the future. Repairs were needed and they (DJ and Sean) had the replacement parts with them. They were very easy to get along with and explained everything that was being done during the pumping and repairing process. DJ provided some tips, including a more frequent service schedule (3-5 years instead of 20) and some suggested additives to keep the system working properly well into the future. There is no doubt that I will be calling them again in the next 3 - 5 years for service. Well done guys!!!"
