"5 stars for the tech! But 4 stars for the overall scheduling and time to wait window. The first day someone reached out to me and said they could have someone there between now and 5pm. It was already 4pm. I called the main # to confirm & he said he’s call dispatch. No one showed up. We called the main # again and was told no techs in the area. So they scheduled us a window of time of 11am-2pm for the next day. They said the tech would give you warning when on their way. I got notified at 2:15 that he was on his way. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. Kind of pricey but I believe it’s about standard cost for the industry."

After assessing the job, they reviewed the issues (with images) with me and then completed the work promptly, keeping me informed of any concerns along the way. "They arrived on time and in a VERY obvious hot pink van (pretty cool). Ken was courteous and answered my questions very clearly and quoted me a reasonable price... far less than I had been quoted by other companies. After a couple of hours, I had a new water heater. They left the work space tidy and I was able to pay right there on the spot with a card. I found out after speaking with the plumber that they are female owned and operated. BONUS!! I will definitely call these guys in the future should anything arise. Ladies, support this business!!"
