"Rusty was very professional and made sure the job was done right!"

"Chad did an excellent job for us! He looked at the needed repair, purchased the parts and repaired everything same day! We had others look at the job, but some contractors had no desire to even attempt it, as it is a tight space and surrounded by tile. Chad jumped right in and diligently got us fixed up! He even left the space clean and tidy! We have invited him to bid on other projects and highly recommend his services."

"Plumbing Heroes has helped us at three different properties in the past couple of months: once to troubleshoot multiple leaks and install a pressure-reducing valve, once to provide guidance and repair on a tub that was improperly installed, and once to completely rework an unusual drain configuration previously implemented by -- let's just say -- a non-plumber. Their many years of experience and expertise has shown every time as they've whipped up very professional-looking solutions that work 110% the first time. It's never been difficult to book an appointment, and Jean has shown up on time or early every time. Jean and Derek are both very kind and easy to work with. I appreciate how they treat me not just as a customer, but as a person. They accept bookings by phone and payments in person, but I've also used their Web services to do both electronically and with ease, a sign of a top-tier company embracing the modern age. I wish all companies were run like this one."

"GREAT. Ryan discovered the problem right away and gave us options for different ways to handle it. He was courteous and professional and most importantly knew what he was doing. We will definitely call Dipple again."
