"Our older side-by-side fridge freezer had been warming up.  We weren't sure what had happened at first, and thought someone in the house had fiddled with the thermostat controls.  We had tried adjusting them but everything was still warm and the frozen items were thawing out. <br /> I phoned Scott Morgan at Best Buy because of other's reviews of his services.  I asked him if he could send someone out or come out himself.  His service guy was out with the flu, but he helped me diagnose my problem and gave me advice on what to try.  We set an appointment in the next week (the call was on a Friday), just in case this didn't work.  I followed his directions about removing the back panel of my freezer and checking for iced up coils, defrosted them with a hair dryer and then we left it empty to see how well it would get back up to temperature.  By next morning, the couple of things I had put in it as test items were hard frozen, the fridge side was also nice and cold.   <br /> Scott Morgan charged nothing but gave me valuable advice that will probably allow us to use our fridge for a little longer until we can afford to replace it (this was already something we were planning - probably for late summer).  I would definitely use him again and happily send others to him.  From what I can see, he is a fair, honest trader and I would be happy to give him my business. <br />"

"Plumbing Plus repaired a "stack pipe" or what I would call the main 3 inch pipe that goes directly into the sewer.  It was leaking quite badly every time the toilets or any of the sinks in the house were used.  The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and pleasant to deal with.  Best of all, he knew exactly what needed to be done and saved me a considerable amount of money.  He was able to drill out  a piece of pipe (the part that was leaking) and replace that with a section of new pipe.  He did need a special piece of equipment in order to accomplish the job, and called another employee and that fellow brought over the necessary tool.  The whole procedure, including the delivery of the special equipment, took less than 45 minutes.  Had the technician not been able to do what he had hoped that he could do, it would have required an extensive repair of my plumbing system and a huge amount of money as well.   <br />  The repair works great, the technician cleaned up after himself and things work perfectly.  Plumbing Plus is a very good company and I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future, if necessary.  These people are no nonsense and very professional. <br />"
