Chandler S. noticed the other (still functioning) shut-off valve was just as corroded and replaced as well at no cost! He did a great job installing the faucet, and went the extra mile working around an pre-existing installation issue. Chandler S. offered a heads up on a toilet issue we weren't aware of and answered our many questions then, and throughout the job. We were able to use a coupon with them, which was accepted with no problem at all. I would definitely recommend this company, and especially the plumbing tech, Chandler S..
