"I was extremely impressed with the very fine service I recieved from J.E.S. Foundation Repair, Salem, Va. They installed a French drain behind my house and across a portion of my yard in Oct. 2021. They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. The crew called ahead when they were on the way and arrived right on time and also finished the job on time. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"Hunter and his crew did some extensive structural remediation on a 50 year old house I recently purchased. The corners had stair-case like cracking and a basement wall underground had horizontal cracks. They drove piers under all 4 corners of the foundation and applied carbon fiber support straps to an underground wall. They also did some water drainage remediation to get water from the gutter downspouts further away from the house. It took several days but I was well informed of their work days/times and they were very professional, including the guys with shovels in their hands. They did a great cleanup and I feel very confident with what I saw, that my house is now stabilized for another 50 years."
