"Mike did a bunch of "handyman" jobs for me about a month ago, and I was absolutley pleased with his price, workmanship, punctuality, and professionalism. So when I discovered a toilet leak, I called Mike, as my house is currently for sale, and I couldn't risk damage to the ceiling in the room below the bathroom. Mike came 2 days later, on a Saturday, and replaced the wax ring. You can't even get a plumbing company to send someone out on a Saturday unless you want to pay a king's ransom! I recently painted the bathroom but couldn't get to the space behind the toilet tank. So while the toilet was moved out from the wall, I brought him the paint he painted the area behind the tank. And he was done in 45 minutes, no mess left behind, and he only charged me his hourly rate. Mike does everything - construction, landscaping, major and minor home repairs - you name it, he does it! This guy is a wealth of knowledge and skill for any homeowner!!"

We estimated the cost for the job and it came in just about the same as we calculated based on the amount of product and time to install. "It went great. The workers were very professional and did their work without any need to consult with me. Rob is so personable and easy to deal with that it makes it a pleasure to have him direct the work. He is someone I trust to tell me what is needed and then to make sure his crew has done the job well. He has been working to make my crawl space moisture free for a few years, and I often get compliments on it from other company's workers, like HVAC and pest control. If they saw my walk-in attic area now, they would probably have compliments on it. It looks terrific with its shiny thermal bubble insulation. I am attaching a picture but it doesn't do it credit because the strong LED light and shiny material makes it hard to take a good picture. They put a foam sheet on the back of the attic door and it also has shiny foil on it. They had previously put fiberglass insulation in this area and soffits or something like that (can't remember exact name) to make sure the air flow from outside is sufficient. I am thrilled that he also put the insulation on the floor, because I think that shiny stuff will deter mice, who reportedly don't things like aluminum foil. Maybe this area will stay cleaner and problem free since I have taken other pest control measures."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"On a prior occassion I had handy hands install some plumbing in a rental house.  This went very well so I hired him to do some small jobs at my house.  <br /> 1.  fix rattle in attic fan....  outcome it still rattles <br /> 2 put new motion sensor on outdoor lights  ... accomplished this <br /> 3. measure for new shutter and window pane. ... got accurate measurements <br /> 4. replace light switches in kitchen.  he worked for approximately 3 hours on this and was not able to get the job done.  possibly my wiring, however he said he would not charge me for this time, <br /> 5.  changed out my flood lights... accomplished this task <br /> he was at my house for 6 hours and charged me for the entire 6 hours according to a previously stated rate that he had given me.  He states he does electrical however I am not convinced and would have thought that after an hour of fiddling with these switches he would of admitted he didn't know how. <br />"
