I called Wisler that morning. They were at my home by 10-11AM!! The plumber was Garrett. He was excellent to deal with. Knew what he was doing, took the time to answer all of my many bothersome questions. If he is any indication of how this company is run, then they have a new customer for life. Price was fantastic, service even better!"

"My water went out on a Thursday morning. I got Classic plumbing off of Angie’s list called them first thing when they opened. They had someone at my house by 11:30 that same day. It was decided that since my water pump was working intermittedly they would start work the next day since it would be an all day job. I was lucky and had water the rest of that day. They came the next day. Amazingly I got a call from the office advising me that they were gathering equipment and would be a half hour later. Never has anyone called me like that when later then expected. They just show up late! The office staff were wonderful. The crew came and worked all day long . This was a job where there were major obstacles and they never gave up. Worked till dark and could not work anymore. I needed not only a water pump but the electric wire to inside box was bad. Impossible to fix that day but were back on Sat morning and put a new wire from pump to inside so I would have water over the weekend. On Monday they were back and worked all day to bury wire and finish the job.They encountered multiple problems because my system was 35 years old. They were so nice and never complained . I thought for the work they did the price was really fair. Worked 2 and a half days. I paid $5450.00. Got new pump new casing new electric boxes switches wire and they worked hard for 2 and one half days. I thought it was more than fair. They gave me discount for Angie’s list which other Plummer companies did not offer. I will need a hot water heater in the future and definitely will get them to do."

"They came in and were very knowledgeable and very scientific. They used digital photography through the sewer line and came in half of what I had been quoted by someone else who did not seem to be able to give me a real quote because they told me they did not know how much the job would take. Ostrom came in exactly where they quoted and it was a big, huge, horrible expense. They made every part of it less painful. They did it perfectly. What I had been told by another person was that it was going to be a horrible mess. If you can imagine having that as an unexpected expense, they made it better in every other way -- in their workmanship, professionalism and kindness. They were very kind to me. I really can't say enough about them. I did have a very great experience with them. It was a real shock to have to come up with an unexpected expense like that. They did everything they could to make it easier from every aspect. I had to get a port-a-potty sent here just in case they ran into something, but they did it in one day. They planted the grass; I had to water it of course. Even though most sewer lines like that will sink in some places they came back at no additional charge to fill in the sinking and replanted more grass at no charge. They said if it happened any more to give them a call. They were extremely responsive to my calls and the workmen were tidy. They left things in almost better condition than they found them."
