"I hired this company in June, 2024, for roof replacement. Paid over four thousand dollars down and was told work would begin in two weeks. Unfortunately, I cannot rate their work because It is now nine months later with absolutely nothing to show for it. Excuse after excuse, until finally I requested a refund as it became obvious they would not be able to fulfill the contract. They whole heartedly agreed to refund my money, yet I have not received anything. The "refund" process has been going on for months. They have, at this point, literally stolen over four thousand dollars from my family. Four thousand dollars I desperately need for a new roof. Stay far away from this company. "

When we complain, they said that the installation team would not be fixing anything and they shuffle us after the warranty team who has not been responsive. Once that complaint was filed, they said they would be here today to fix the problem and didn?t show up and did not message either. Worst service ever! Hire these people at your own risk!
