(Perhaps only for new projects) Like previous, the heavy concentration of insulation is around the opening and likely more than it needs, but the outer areas is still somewhat scarce (below code). I checked a problem area that they were told about by the sales person and it still didn't have insulation. They did blow in more insulation, at least enough to block my view of the dropped kitchen had exposed surfaces. It was a lot better than the previous people that blew in some insulation."

"I found USA Insulation of Utah at the Home Show in January. Cameron was answering questions at their booth, and took my name and phone number for Nate the co-owner to call me . Nate was at my house a few days later to appraise the work I needed done. His crew Gio, Juan and a few others were there a few days later to get the job done very promptly and efficiently. Next, I called Parley’s PPM Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for some help. Meanwhile, we worked on reprogramming the thermostat, which was a bit tricky, but the furnace began working properly again. We thought we would have the Parley’s furnace specialist check our furnace anyway, just to make sure there were no other problems with it. Robert Winget, the furnace specialist, arrived within the proposed time frame and was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked out our furnace and found no problems with it and there was no charge for the service."
