"Chuck did a great job. When I called for the estimate, they were polite and responsive, and the estimator showed up exactly on time. I felt the estimate was very fair, considering the extent of the work needed. Chuck warned me that it would be about a month before he could get to my job, and when he called to schedule it was actually a week or two early. He was able to do the job while I was at work. He planned the job so that I would only have to keep my dog out of the backyard for one day, which was very helpful. The concrete looks fabulous - much better than all the houses in the neighborhood. "They had a good deal. What they did broke the driveway and it has more cracks now so I am kind of sad about that but it does look leveled now. They pushed it up and the car is not going to get stuck now or you are not going to trip and it looks better. They were slightly lower than average prices. They gave me an estimate which was nice and it was a little below what they actually charged. The service that they have is good. They use a special concrete lifting substance and they claim it is little different from others. It seems to work great and I haven't had any settling since they serviced it, so it holds very nicely. They were not the best, mostly because of the cracks and they didn't work with me on breaking the concrete while trying to lift it in terms of reducing the cost or anything."

"It went pretty well. They came when they said they would. It took a long time to get them but they told me upfront that they were several months out. It’s not like they just didn’t show up but they were busy and took a while to fit me in and that happens when you are dealing with a company in my high demand.. I only did part of it because it was too expensive to do all of it. The biggest difference e in terms of other companies that I have looked out was that a lot of the other companies just scribbled a number on the back of a card or something, which didn’t seem very business-like. They were pretty specific in what they were going to do and that made me feel little more confident that I understood what was going to happen and what wasn’t going to happen. In that way there wasn’t a lot of room for misunderstanding. I just wish the price was a little bit less. I live in a small town, which is north of Salt Lake City, so it is about an hour’s drive and that increases the cost. I understand it but it is frustrating."

"Initial specialist who inspected the wall was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Did a thorough inspection and provided advice to repair our specific problem with this carbon strapping and epoxy system. I also called in a second company for an inspection and they ultimately gave the same advice. Went with Davenport because the price was less than half of the other, and came with a warranty. We finally called in a structural engineer, just to confirm this was the best repair option and there were no other issues involved. <br /> <br />The install team arrived right on time this morning. They were quick and the job appears to be done well. Hope this will be the end of our foundation issues. <br />"
