And follow-up was awful on a newly installed gutter which clogged and overflowed. They said they sent someone out to fix it, but no improvement was seen. Since it was the gutter right over the front steps, it was inconvenient, to say the least, to have it dripping. Follow up requests were pretty much ignored."
