"They arrived right at the beginning of the time slot. They repaired all three crowns with new mortar, then sealed them plus the top crown. They wire brushed the chimney and applied a sealant on the whole chimney. Since I did not obtain any other bids for this work, I have no idea how good or bad the price is, thus the B grade for price. They have done prior work for me and have cleaned my chimney for years so I trust them. Workers were friendly and polite and cleaned everything up when they were done."

"Two techs arrived on-time. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They explained what they were doing and the cost. It was a very tidy job. All the ash was gone from the fireplaces and not a spot in the house. The Company also recommended that I should have chimney caps installed, which I will be calling them back for."

"Pete and crew installed a new roof on our home in Auburn in 2008. It's now January 2020. Recently, I found a slow leak around the skylight they installed in my garage. After emailing Pete he was out the next business day to patch the leak. While here he noticed that the ridge vent that they installed in 2008 was an older style that could possibly let in rain if it was blowing real hard. His crew was out the next day and they replaced the entire ridge vent over 4 hours with snow on my roof. The leak repair, attic inspection and ridge vent replacement was all done at no cost to me even though the 10 year warranty expired over a year ago. Now that's what I call customer service! Thank you Horizon Roofing."

"They showed up on time. They inspected the chimney and then used heavy duty brushes and swept the chimney flue of all the creosote buildup. They cleaned out the stovepipe, vacuumed out the clean-out box and the wood-stove. No scare tactics were employed to try sell me stuff I know I don't need, like some other outfits have in the past. I hightly recommend them. <br />"

"<p>Project went very well.  Had a short halt while some cedar shake and flash plates were installed when the rock work was taken down to roof level.  Once that was done the flues and rock work were rebuilt very quickly and with high quality.  </p> <p>Major scaffolding was required to access the chimney.  Powers had all the equipment and built the scaffolding  w/o any damage to the roof or other parts of the house.  </p> <p>Workers were courteous and kept their work place clean.  Demolition is a messy business and these guys did great to control dust and debris.  </p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"I wanted to replace my 37 yr old cement tile roof with something a lot more appropriate for this area. I got 4 estimates and while North Creek was not the cheapest, it was $4,000 and $8,000 less than 2 of the other bids. The estimator I worked with, Evan, was very knowledgeable about all of the aspects of replacing an old tile roof with new shingles. He told me they would be able to trim down the old fascia rather than replacing it and the existing rain gutters would work fine (1 estimate said the gutters would have to be replaced and 1 said all of the fascia and the gutters would have to be replaced). He also accurately addressed the need for additional intake ventilation to match the new ridge vent that would be installed (almost 1000 additional square inches was needed - 1 company proposed adding 300 while another was not going to add any). Without adequate ventilation moisture can build up in the attic which leads to mold. The project was very well organized and professional from start to finish. The job began on time. The delivery and removal of the giant skips to haul away the old tile and construction debris proceeded like clockwork. The plywood and the new shingles were delivered and ready to go when the crew needed them. The city inspection permit was on-site at the start and the inspector showed up on the last day to sign off on it. The actual roofing crew was amazing. They worked practically non-stop for 2 very long days. Two hours of cleanup on the third day and the job was finished. Jacinto (?) came out the next day to pick up excess materials and do a final inspection of the roof. He also brought black paint to touch up a piece of flashing which was distracting because it was silver. The work was exceptional and I would recommend this company to anyone."
