"Overall, Classic did a great job for me. I will use them again. They were courteous, communicated well once the job was in motion, used quality materials, and it looks great now that it's done. 
There were two parts to my job.  
I had a garage with a rooftop deck that was leaking.  It turned out to need a substantial structural rebuild. The work they did was quality and it looks awesome. I have a 104 year old home with a lot of detailing and they did the work right. 
Second, were some doors and windows that needed replacing in my house. These were done well, the right way, and I'm very happy. 
Downsides:
Project management was weak. Materials that could have been ordered on day one, and measurements that could have been taken right away didn't happen until the last minute. However, I will note that the PM who took over the job was a good communicator.  So, although, it took longer than needed, I at least knew what was up. Read the document you're signing carefully. 
If something that you discussed isn't detailed in the estimate, it's going to cost you to get it. Even though you covered it and maybe discussed it in detail with Ward, if it isn't written down that way, it's not in the estimate.

"Professional, courteous, reliable, honest, hard working, thoughtful and everything you want in a contractor. I have worked with many companies but I have never been this impressed. First of all, the owner is great to work with. He showed up everyday to make sure everything went according to plan. He was very meticulous and brought out a structural engineer several times to make sure that things were done safely and we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. He always had great ideas and what I appreciated was that he wasn’t always trying to upsell you and had cost in mind because re-modeling projects always have unexpected surprises. Gashin took our outdated downstairs and completely changed the look of our home into a stunning modern home. They took out all the tile flooring and installed new hardwood floors, took down several walls to make an open concept space for our kitchen and dining room, refaced the fireplace, installed a new island and countertops for the kitchen, and all the small things involved in a renovation like ours. To add, they did all this in about 6 weeks. I appreciate how our project was not in conjunction with others which helped to make the whole process super timely. Yes, there was dust but they covered everything up and made sure that the zone was clean every night. After getting to know the owner and his crew I had zero reservations about giving them full access to my home."

We then contracted Bello for a major kitchen and primary bath remodeling job. We opened up the kitchen and added loads of storage. The bathroom involved moving plumbing, installing a pocket door and better ventilation. The materials and colors offered and the selections are beautiful. The cabinetry is high quality. Last minute changes were handled without issue. Touch ups were done when needed and all work was finished to a professional level."

"Ryan and his team completed an extensive basement remodel in our 1924 home. The basement work included new framing/drywall, windows (including a large egress window), plumbing and electrical to support a main living space, new bathroom and new laundry room. We also updated our old forced-air HVAC and water heather to new mini-splits and a tankless water heater. This is our second major project with Ryan and we plan to work with him for many years to come. He's incredibly responsive and detail oriented and always plans phases of our projects to support our future plans. Ryan's expertise and quality of work is well worth the cost."

"Jesus at Above and and Beyond Painting and Remodeling is absolutely wonderful. Jesus came to my condo for a bathroom redo but I was so impressed with him I had him redo my entire condo. Jesus transformed my plain kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities beautifully that they look like brand new high end cabinets.
