"Super. Alan and nick cut out raised header and widened rough open on my mobile home to accommodate a regular home sized exterior door and security door. Only took 2 hours from start to clean up. They also installed the new hardware. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very reasonable. On time took no breaks cleaned up and vanished. This company has always given me the best service, best price. Always recommended have yet to find a job they cannot handle. Will have them remodeling my dining area and installing windows my next project. "This is a female-owned co., & Adrian runs a tight ship--large crew, several jobs. 1st we needed work on our fence. A tree had fallen & broken 1 side. I went through @ least 10 co.s Adrian's quote was the best, & the best thing is she didn't take 1 cent until her crew had completed the entire job. ALL others wanted half the $-thousands, before completing any work. We may never see them again! Adrian understands people's fear of being scammed. TRUST ADRIAN & CREW. DON'T STRESS! ALL of our future work repairs will be completed by Trinity Roofung & Reconstruction! Fence turned out beautiful! Stained both sides! Next, raccoon visiting our attic causing destruction to new insulation. Before they could fix that we had a plumbing emergency-flood. I called Adrian. She came out next AM. Got our water going. "We recently hired Affordable Renovation Services to install a door in an upstairs closet to gain access to attic space over the garage. It was somewhat complicated because duct work had to be moved, and steps installed to get from the upstairs closet to the attic floor which was lower than the closet. From the beginning it was a pleasure working with the company. Communication was excellent during the entire project. I left a message and received a call back the same day to set an appointment for an estimate on the project. The Field Manager showed up on the scheduled day, and was even a few minutes early. I received a very detailed estimate the following day. After deciding to go with this company, a start date was set and the project was completed ahead of schedule. During the whole process I was in constant communication with the Field Manager who kept me updated on when he and/or sub-contractors would arrive, etc. The job was done perfectly, and I will not hesitate to contact them again for any future projects I would like completed."

"Did a good job taking off the popcorn ceiling and texture on living room walls. Unfortunately when he textured the ceiling again he got the mud absolutely everywhere. It was on the floors, walls, blinds, windows, and closet doors. Although he said he cleaned all of it off, it has been a week since he â  completed â  the job and I am still cleaning/scrubbing everything to get the mud off."
