"We were completely ripped off by Perez Painting & Renovation. We needed a rebuild after mitigation for a water leak in the bathroom that dripped down into the kitchen. The original ‘contractor’ did a HORRIBLE job hanging drywall. We fired him and he ran off with our deposit. John was a GOD SEND. John came to assess the situation and was very gracious and understanding. He had to remove the substandard work and redo the entire job.
