"Needed to have raccoon removed from the attic. Contacted Ginx and Giorgio came out right away. Traps were set up and on the first night the little monster was caught. All existing and possible entry points were secured. Traps remained in place for weeks to ensure nothing was missed. Cleanup was also done. Thanks!"

"Adam came out to my home and needed to get in the attic to see what was going on. He said he couldn't find any critters at the moment, but he was able to see how they got in (around a vent in the roof). He said he needed to close that gap and would keep a squirrel cage in the attic in case they got back in. We were told to tell him if we heard anything in the area of the cage over the next 48 hours. He left the cage and planned on coming back to check on it in a day or two. Nothing happened, the critters weren't caught, but it seems closing up the attic fan stopped them from coming back in. It's been a few weeks and we haven't heard any kind of critters in the attic. Overall I'm super happy with the service, they answered the phone every time I called, made my wife feel very safe and we'll definitely use them again!"

"Super service and on time as per the contract. They rid the raccoon problem from my attic, hey have lots of experience. The only thing is I think they were too expensive."

"It went really well. Tyson showed up on time very professional and courteous. He sprayed every room of the house, front yard, back yard and patio roof. Was also very friendly with my puppy the whole time. He was in and out in less than an hour. I ended up signing up for their quarterly service. Best pest control experience so far."

"Immediate response & action. Quickly captured & removed litter of 4 raccoons. Momma took a bit longer but she was captured & removed. Very professional company. Highly recommend"

"Justin Berlanga did a great job! He was very friendly and made sure to spray everything. He gave some great tips as well to keep away the raccoons that keep pooping around the house."

"The experience was not what I expected and the cost was more than I expected. I am glad the Raccoons moved out."

"ProDefense Pest Control was great. They were on time and had the report ready the next day. Thanks for the great job and information. Look forward to working with you again."

"Critters under the foundation are gone."

"Highly recommend them. Jesse, the owner, is very nice, always smiling, and does what he says he will do. We had 2 raccoons in our attic and was able to trap both of them due to his persistence and follow up. Made numerous trips to our house. We call them again in a heartbeat."
