Mike shows up on time give you a great price, but inflates as the job moves on, His guys just toss nails everywhere, left the cable wire hanging, time will tell if the flat roof over the units will last 10 years, Carport aera added an extra $10,000 and really did a Treible job, some areas its rolled up to the top of the wall some areas not. Missing roofing water pools soaks thru the roof? not (hot mopped) water works its way thru the plywood and onto the parked cars. His guys left the lights hanging didn't secure them back to the joist, Call Mike leave messages e-mail, nothing, no warranty on the contract he gives a warranty but does not fulfill it. On this job Mike dropped the ball. "

"Chavez Cisneros came at 8:00 am to look at our roofing problem. We had an edge roof tile fall and break. I thought it was due to a nail being too short, but Chavez analyzed the situation and told me that it was because the edge tiles were wrongly placed and did not even cover the roofing tiles in back of the edge tiles. Chavez took off all the edge tiles and placed them in back of the gable, and then re-positioned them one by one so that they also partially covered the roofing tiles, without leaving an open space. He then offered to paint the area of the Gable Facia board where the edge tiles had been and was now unpainted. Of course we accepted that offer and Chavez quickly painted the bare surface to match the lower portion. Simply stated, the roof leaked after their work so they did not do their job. Worse yet it took a lot of attempts to even get them to return the calls, despite so called guarantee. Once they have your money they lose motivation to provide service, which is a shame. If you have money and time to burn then these are the folks for you. If you value your time and money, choose someone else."
