"The main pipes needed to be replaced under my mother's home. They had cracked and it was creating a foul smell so we knew this was a plumbing emergency that needed an expert plumbing team to replace these old pipes. Kenny came out for an inspection and estimate 30 minutes after my mom called Flow Right. He provided a clear estimate after inspection and work could begin the next day. The extensive pipe removal and replacement job was completed by 2 plumbers on the job in a 5 hour period and they double checked all the work to ensure the plumbing in the house was working perfectly. The water heater they brought was damaged and rather than authorize the purchase of a new water heater at a Home Depot that was closer to my home, they had to return the damaged water heater to a Home Depot where they had picked it up. This extended the time to do the job by 2 1/2 hours. The technician however worked through a number of problems in the installation and successfully installed the water heater, so I will give them a 5.0 star for work quality. The price was a little more expensive than I thought was reasonable but not outrageous."

"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."
