"Jess, Kenny and their team took the time to explain things in detail and fielded lots of questions by both my wife and I. At first, both Jess and Kenny came out with a camera and took a look at the sewer mainline. After the inspection, they gave me three different options for the repair and the outcome of future issues for each. I discussed it with my wife and we opted to have the mainline dug up and replaced to fix the multiple issues that we were having. The project took 2 days to complete and on the 3rd day, they came and hauled off all of the rubble. They were always professional and took the time to ensure we were always happy. I am thankful I found them, their price was in the middle to high side, but extremely fair for all of the work that they did and came in on budget. I would highly advise anyone to use them, as I will gladly hire them again!"

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"All correspondences with the company has been excellent. The office has been pleasant and helpful every time we've had to call them. They probably need to work on their courtesy calls for letting you know they are indeed coming out when they said they would, but I called prior just to make sure as one of the days I took a whole day off work when they were going to upgrade the panel and switch the old lines to the new ones. I would like to note that it was after hours that I called them and they still got back that night to confirm they'd be coming early the next day. <br /> <br /> All of the technicians were professional and courteous, including the lead, which was Charlie. He's come out each time the work was done and he has been very informative and thorough when answering questions, giving advice, and going over all the work that has or was going to be done. They've always been punctual and never missed an appointment and when new work was requested while they were here, it's always been slotted and the work has been done when they've said it was going to be. "ARS was among the first to reply to my weekend request on an online home repair referral site for help with a broken sump pump at my home. I was a little nervous about using them as I&#39;d had an experience about 20 years ago where I was surprised with a seemingly very high bill for replacing a water heater. But, they far exceeded every expectation this time. Most of the companies responding to my post hadn&#39;t even read it because they either didn&#39;t know what a sump pump was or said they could install one but not provide one. Even the phone receptionist at ARS was confident they both provided and installed sump pumps. It was a Saturday night that I posted the request. On Sunday, at no charge, a service person came by the house to assess the work and give a written estimate. The price was very fair and the service person was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He instantly understood the problem and how to fix it. He promised to repair it the next day and he did -- right on time, done right, and even did me the favor of teaching me how to get a pilot light ignited on a different appliance inside my house.
