"Every year in Spring we have our air conditioner serviced. This last Spring, Anderson Plumbing came out and did the service. At the same time saying that our heater was needing a new part and shutting that system down. Last week Anderson came out to look at the heater. Said it needed a ?minor? repair for $700.
