"We called several companies on a Sunday and had to leave messages for most. But my husband reached Joe and scheduled an appointment the following week for him to come out and review the job we needed done. We have 2500 sq. ft. of slate tile that desperately needed cleaning and sealing. Joe walked the house and advised he would need two days to complete the whole job - one day to clean it and another to seal it. He advised two types of sealant and we opted for the matte finish. One company quoted us $4/sq ft = $10K. Joe came in under $2K. He was very personable, professional (a bit chatty). The first day was tough for a one man crew but I think it helped when I made him some coffee. Even after just the cleaning, the floors looked brand new. He came back the second day for the sealing, and the work was wonderful. He even polished our kitchen granite counter-tops for free! The following day, we found just a few spots that could use touch-up and Joe was super professional about it. He scheduled a time to come out and fix those spots and overall, we were thrilled with his service."

"Jose was friendly, responsive and personable. His experience allows him to easily give solid advice. He recommended a few countertop vendors to find the quartz we chose. We paid for the material separately. JM Tile and Stone took care of picking up the slabs, cutting/gluing/polishing. H Cabinets was our vendor and sold us two quartz slabs, unfortunately one with sun damage that Jose buffed to help equalize the color. I’d advise the purchaser to pick/inspect/approve the slabs before finalizing pickup. Preapproval would alleviate the problem we ran into. Overall the process took a week from start to finish and the kitchen looks beautiful."

"This is a great family owned company that provides promising results. They had to come back to fix a few very minor errors (we are quite picky), but they fixed everything properly and we are very happy with are new looking tile floors and shower!"

"We had approximately 1000 sqft of tile cleaned and grout lines recolored. It took 2 Grout members approximately 14 staff hours to complete the project. The Grout Medic San Diego did and exceptional job. The floor turned out beautiful. Absolutely no need to spend $12,000 on a new floor."

"Donna is a former building inspector, so she knows her stuff!"

"Excellent work, my bathroom looks new, the technician works very hard 4hours straight. He was very courteous, he wore shoe cover which is important to me. And they come out and give you evaluation and give firm a price."

"George and his service is fantastic! Responded quickly and offered helpful technical information regarding the project. I ask a lot of questions and he was always willing to take the time to clarify the process. His prices where very comparable to the competition. The value I received was generated from his passion for the work, quality of work, and the in-person interaction. I will hire him again."
